PICTOU – If ever someone was deserving of the nickname “Crazy Legs,” it just might be Gordie MacKeeman. 

His thrilling dance style mixed with great bluegrass vocals, Peter Cann’s blistering guitar solos, and the lively multi-instrumental talents of Thomas Webb and Mark Geddes make Gordie MacKeeman and his Rhythm Boys a complete entertainment package.

MacKeeman and His Rhythm Boys will be bringing their skills to the deCoste Centre on Friday.

Hailing from Prince Edward Island, Gordie MacKeeman and The Rhythm Boys' exhilarating live show has drawn international attention. They were awarded the Roots/Traditional Group Recording of the Year at the 2014 East Coast Music Awards and the Galaxie Supernova Award at the 2012 Ottawa Folk Festival for their outstanding performance.

This four-piece group of seasoned musicians have collectively toured North America and the UK with ECMA winners the Grass Mountain Hobos.

Tickets are on sale at the deCoste Centre box office, online and will be available at the door. Tickets range from $25 to $28.

The show begins at 8 p.m.
