if the waiting room is a mess, the problem is not the workers problem.
it is a problem of management, not providing enough staff for full coverage.
perhaps if the writer of the foregoing followed the cleaning staff for a shift they could see for themselves where the real problem is. -

By the looks of the emergency/outpatients department at the Aberdeen Hospital Id say that the cleaning staff there is being paid too much.
Its dirty and disgusting.
Soap and water is cheap. -

Look at our health care system full of problems yet this union insists that the cleaners and support staff make as much as techs and nurses. No wonder our system is falling apart and then to say it has been that way for ten years, give me a break, it is broken time to fix it. This is one of many reasons it is broken.
