I cannot believe this picture...the person on the ladder would probably be fired for working off of a ladder, in BC...are you kidding me!! a welder working of a ladder that appear to be atleast 15 feet in the air...this person should be wearing a safty harness and be tied off with a lanyard ..and the ladder should have atleast 3 rungs above the top support and be the ladder should be tied off..but in no way should a welder be expected to weld from a ladder...The employer should also be fined..!!!a good picture of doing a job the unsafe wrong way!!!!
