So, hopefully you were able to pick up a cleanse that suits you or maybe you have decided to eat clean for a few days. Drinking lots of water is really important during this time as well as adding fibre to your diet.
Something you need to be aware of is your bowel movements as you should be having one at least once per day. With the change in diet be sure to add some magnesium citrate if you experience constipation. Start with just 150mg.
Buy lots of fruit and veggies, go online and get healthy snack ideas. Stir fry, salads, puree soup are great ideas as well.
