Pictou Recreation and Parks is offering a number of programs to help people keep active this winter.
Programs include: Tai Chi, Step and Tone Class, Photography Class, Qigong, Youth Fitness Program, Run, Jump, Throw for 8- to 12-year-olds, Drop-In Badminton, Tumble Bugs for 3- to 5-year-olds, Drop in Floor Hockey, Aqua Zumba, Deck Walking, Aqua Classes, Babysitting Course, FREE swims.
Men, women, youth, adults and seniors are welcome to all classes. Please note that pre-registration is required for some programs.
