Intro to Gaelic classes to be held in Pictou County

NEW GLASGOW – Feís na h-Aibhne Moíre will be holding a series of free introduction to Gaelic classes every Thursday evening during the month of May.

These classes are geared to the absolute beginner and will be held at two different venues within Pictou County. The first three will be held at the New Glasgow Library and the last two will be held at the Pictou County Wellness Centre, beginning each week at 7 p.m.

The classes will be one hour in length and no prior knowledge of the Gaelic language is required, nor is any pen, paper or admission fee.

People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to come and experience the ancient language of Gaelic in a safe and fun environment. For more information contact abhainnmhor@gmail.com or call 396-3644.
