NATURAL JOURNEY BY LISA MCNIVEN
We are all so interested in spring cleaning our homes, however, did you ever think about spring cleaning your body? There are many cleansing protocols out there, however, if you are unsure then seek out a practitioner to help you figure out which one best suits your needs.
If it's your first time then you may want to start with a three- to five-day cleanse to give your digestive system a break or to help the liver do catch-up!
Toxins accumulate in your body especially in your fat tissue.
Increasing your water intake is very powerful and gives you energy throughout the day. It doesn't have to be an elaborate cleanse, it may be a decision you make to stop all sweets for one week and have fruit and vegetables instead.
Maybe you have been lacking in fibre so you are going to add some chia seeds or flax meal to your daily smoothie. There's an idea, a smoothie every morning consisting of fruit, spinach, protein powder, chia seeds and yogurt with water. Make small decisions to start then each week add something new. Watch how you begin to feel.
