New Glasgow – A Stellarton man has been charged following a disturbance on the Stellarton Road in New Glasgow on Tuesday evening.
Police were called around 6:30 p.m. after a disturbance was reported near the West Side Bistro, where two males were found in an altercation, said Const. Ken MacDonald.
One male, a 19-year-old Stellarton resident, was arrested and charged with creating a disturbance, resisting arrest and intoxication in a public place.
He will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
