NEW GLASGOW – A Stellarton man accused of driving while intoxicated, failing a breathalyser and driving while prohibited will be back in court later this month to enter pleas.

Randy James Gamble, 20, appeared briefly in New Glasgow Provincial Court Monday, but his lawyer requested more time before entering pleas.

“This case requires Crown analysis, there’s a bit of an issue with the readings,” said defence lawyer Doug Lloy.

This is the second driving while intoxicated incident that Gamble has been involved in, said Crown attorney Herman Felderhof.

Gamble will be back in court March 29 to enter pleas.
