– Their homepage www.nspower.ca, as well as their live outage map, which includes information on customer accounts, location and estimated restoration times.

– Outage information is also accessible for handheld devices via www.nspower.ca/m.

– Updates will be tweeted. Follow @nspowerinc

– Customers can receive outage information or report outages, downed lines, etc., by phoning 1-877-428-6004
