Accident, salt truck break down on River Rd.

The brilliant colours shimmer on the River Rd., where a salt truck broke down this morning. The Department of Transportation says the salt truck encountered some steering issues and was fixed on site.

PLYMOUTH - The River Rd. was a treacherous communte this morning with at least one accident and a salt truck break down.

The salt truck was heading to the River Rd. to salt the road when it experienced steering difficulties, says the Department of Transportation.

It was repaired on site, where it continued on its route.

Several ploughs were on the road salting and clearing snow and ice.
