Weeks Construction is working to repair the leaky, ageing water line that goes into 340 East River Road. John MacLean of Weeks Construction says the work will be completed by mid-next week but the project could be completed as early as this Friday.

NEW GLASGOW – Crews are continuing to work today on water lines behind the Government of Canada Building on East River Rd..

Weeks Construction is working to repair the leaky, ageing water line that goes into 340 East River Road.

John MacLean of Weeks Construction says the work will be completed by mid-next week but the project could be completed as early as this Friday. 

Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Temperance St. on Friday as part of the ongoing construction.
