Halifax police say foul play isn’t suspected after a woman’s body was found Wednesday morning under the Macdonald Bridge.
Police were called at 9:17 a.m. by the military police with the victim being identified as 31-year-old Robin Armstrong, who had been missing since Friday when she didn’t return to her home.
Halifax police had issued a release on Saturday asking for the public’s help in locating Armstrong’s whereabouts.
“Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Ms. Armstrong at this difficult time,” a release from Halifax Regional Police states.
