New Glasgow Regional Police service searching for break and enter suspects

TRENTON - Saturday night at approximately 6:30 p.m. a break and enter took place at Christ the King Catholic Church in Trenton. 

Church volunteers discovered the break-in, and reported the incident to the New Glasgow Regional Police Service assisted by the New Glasgow Regional Police Service K-9 Unit. RCMP Forensic Identification Section and New Glasgow Regional Police Service investigators, also attended the scene.

A suspect or suspects entered through the side door of the church and only minor damage was located inside the basement. Church employees are still determining what was taken.

The investigation into the break, enter and theft is ongoing. Police are asking anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the New Glasgow Regional Police Service at 902-752-1941.
