A snow plough was being used to remove snow from the Aberdeen Mall parking lot in New Glasgow this morning.

According to Environment Canada, periods of snow will begin late this morning and end late this afternoon followed by a 40 percent chance of flurries for the rest of the day. Snowfall amount is exected to be between 2 cm to 4 cm. The temperature will remain around minus 12.

Partly cloudy. 40 percent chance of flurries this evening. Wind northwest 20 km/h. Low minus 20. Cold wind chill minus 29.

Wednesday

A mix of sun and cloud. Wind becoming west 20 km/h gusting to 40 near noon. High minus 14. Cold wind chill minus 25.

Thursday

Sunny. Windy. Low minus 21. High minus 15.

Friday

Sunny. Low minus 17. High minus 10.
