Major water break in Stellarton

Water is pouring down part of Poplar Street in Stellarton this morning as crews work on a water main leak at the corner of Poplar and High St. Ext this morning.

Water will need to be shut off to some of the surrounding homes as the repair work is done, said Stellarton foreman Ed Stewart. He said the break will take at least 8-10 hours to fix.
