Work on the overpass near exit 23 on the Trans Canada 104 has slowed traffic in the area on both the highway and on Westville Road below today.

I don't normally complain about contents of articles on this website. This one I am making the exception for. How about at the very least telling us what work is being done and how long is it going to last???

  Flib the job they are doing is..... for every one man working, four lean on shovels, and it will last as long as they can squeeze every dime out of the project. best to avoid the route.
