NEW GLASGOW - When it comes to weather, January is ending on a mild note. While last week we saw temperatures feel like a a bone chilling -35 C with the wind chill, today is hovering around a balmy 10 C. It will be cold later this evening, so watch out for icy spots on the roads and sidewalks.
The wind warning is still in effect for Pictou County, with Southwesterly winds gusting to 90 km/h today.
