Environment Canada says snow will continue today at times heavy ending this afternoon then cloudy with 60 percent chance of flurries. About 15 cm is expected with local blowing snow.

Wind will be northwest 30 km/h gusting to 50 increasing to 50 gusting to 80 this morning. Temperatures will fall to minus 5 this afternoon.

Tonight

Partly cloudy with 60 percent chance of flurries. Local blowing snow this evening. Wind west 40 km/h gusting to 60. Low minus 13.

Tuesday

A mix of sun and cloud. 40 percent chance of flurries in the morning. Wind west 40 km/h gusting to 60 diminishing to 20 early in the evening. High minus 10. Cold wind chill minus 25.

Wednesday

Cloudy with 60 percent chance of flurries. Low minus 14. High minus 8.

Thursday

A mix of sun and cloud. Low minus 18. High minus 13.

Friday

Periods of snow. Low minus 15. High minus 6.

Saturday

    With the taxes we pay I cannot believe that at 2:45pm in the afternoon I have not seen a Plow on my street. I live in the town of New Glasgow. I understand not plowing secondary roads first but it has been snowing since yesterday. I think the town may only own one Plow and it is broken like the lights at the bridge.
