STELLARTON – Wayne Fiander, executive director for the Nova Scotia Chambers of Commerce, will present a report on the Municipal Property Taxation System in the province during a presentation at the Holiday Inn Express in Stellarton this morning.

The report, entitled "Time for Real Change," takes a hard look at the reality of a 19th century system being used in a 21st century environment and what it means for municipalities, businesses and home owners now and in the future.

Light refreshments will be served beginning at 7:30 a.m. followed by the presentation and then a question and answer session. The cost is $15 (members) and $20 (future members) to attend.
