5:40 p.m. I went looking for people out playing in the snow, venturing to Stellarton to see if anyone was sledding. Nobody was to be found. It also seems as though the streets that were once clear have snow accumulating again. Snow continues to blow around outside and the roads are greasier than yesterday. I would recommend staying in.
We also just had the main photo, of the tractor trailer, submitted. It was taken around 4 p.m. near Mount Thom. - Chris
2:45 p.m. After leaving the office and travelling in New Glasgow and Trenton, the main streets are clear. Side streets are cleared in some cases. Downtown New Glasgow is still digging out parking spots and sidewalks, but the main driving path down Provost is clear. I saw three separate plows out in the two towns so it looks like crews are continuing to clean up the towns.
The blowing snow looks like it is causing trouble with snow blowing back onto roads. - Chris
11:50 a.m. Snow continues to fall in the region. Wind also is blowing around the snow is down already. Residents are recommended to stay off the roads.
