8:00 - Many around the world were shocked to hear that Pope Benedict XVI resigned yesterday. What are your thoughts on his time as pope, the state of the Catholic Church and who may be next for the Catholic Church's top spot. 7:35 - We're getting lots of comments on the 'Crown withdraws charge of beastiality against man' article. Here's a few of the comments that were left last night.

"He's ruined, Yes! Karma! He may have skirted the courts, but don't tell me for ne second he's 100% innocent! The police have better things to do then fabricate charges!!! You got lucky this time Mr. MacDonald"

"Highly agree with disappointed. How can someone face charges for child porn and beastiality be set free and not face a jury of peers. How can we bring someone to trial for incidents from their past yet let someone else off because it takes time to process evidence. How is one suppose to feel their children are safe in our society when predators are not brought to justice. Yes,innocent until proven guilty but if there is enough to lay charges then it should be tried to determine innocence or guilty. Just my opinion."
