1:41 - Court resuming after lunch break. Falconer, wearing blue pants and shirt, being brought in by Sherriffs.

Only two people, other than police and media, in the courtroom galley listening to the testimony of witness number 11.

11:37 - Witness number 10 finishes testimony. Court preparing for Witness number 11 to take the stand. Court will break for lunch around 12:30 pm.

9:45 - The preliminary inquiry for Christopher Falconer started at 945 am today. Testimony from Witness number 10 is continuing this morning.
