UPDATE 1:30 Testimony from witness 17 concluded.  The preliminary inquiry for Christopher Falconer is resuming.

Testimony from witness 17 is set to resume now. The inquiry is starting about a half hour late because of some other non-related court matters that took place at 9:30 a.m.

Judge Del Atwood reminds the court that publication bans are in place for evidence and the identification of witnesses.  This includes the broadcasting or publishing of information in both the media and social media.

The courtroom galley is about half full today.  A full day has been set aside today for the inquiry.
