STELLARTON - Students from Frank H. MacDonald were at the Museum of Industry today to participate in African Heritage Month activities.

Students participated in timeline of black loyalist movemment around the world, artifact identification, african mask making and a skit that followed the lives of a black couple who made there way to Nova Scotia during the American war of independence.

The museum has been hosting classes wishing to learn more about Nova Scotia's African heritage throughout the month.
