Patrick Sullivan, CEO of Nova Scotia Tourism Agency spoke to tourism students at NSCCPictou Campus today about the state of Nova Scotia's tourist industry.

He said the agency will be releasing some new TV ads in the next few weeks that appeal to the emotions - that N.S. is a place of discovery, freedom and engagement.

It's part of a larger marketing strategy that will see N.S. target more travellers from Ontario and Quebec and more first-time travellers.
