On Monday, Highland Ford presented a $6,000 cheque to members of the New Glasgow Enhancement Committee. The money was raised during a Drive 4 UR school event that Highland Ford hosted in June. More than 325 test drives were taken. Ford donates $20 to the school or charity for every test drive up to $6,000. The next Drive 4 UR Community test drive event is schedule for this Saturday and will be co-hosted by the Pictou County Prostate Support Group. All funds for the event will go directly to Daffodil Place Capital Campaign. This campaign is raising money to expand the Lodge that Gives in Halifax.
