New Glasgow police investigating two-vehicle collision

NEW GLASGOW - New Glasgow Regional Police Service are investigating a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Marsh Street and Albert Street in New Glasgow at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night.

A 19-year-old male was driving an Acura Integra that was travelling southbound on Albert Street and collided with a Toyota Corolla car that was travelling eastbound on Marsh Street.

The male did not sustain any injuries. The 69-year-old female driver of the Toyota was also not injured.

Both vehicles suffered substantial damage and had to be towed from the scene.   

The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending against the driver of the Acura Integra.
