PICTOU – Three people charged in an alleged robbery outside of a local Shoppers Drug Mart in August have yet to enter pleas.
Thirty-year-old Justine Piercy and his brother, 25-year-old Jayden Piercy, will return to Pictou provincial court Dec. 16 to allow additional information on the case to be processed. Both men are charged with robbery as well as wearing a disguise during the commission of a crime.
Meanwhile, Rosina Virginia Ernst, 20, is also charged with robbery in connection with the alleged incident. She made a brief court appearance Monday in Pictou and will return to court Nov. 26.
The charges stem from an alleged incident in August when a woman was sprayed in the face with an irritant and had her purse stolen when she was in the parking lot of the local drug store.
