Jamieson gets five years for ATM robbery

 A 23-year-old county man has been sentenced to five years in jail for robbing a man at a bank machine a few months ago.

Ronald William Jamieson was charged with several thefts of money, two robbery and two uttering threats charges that allegedly took place between July and October 2013.

Jamieson was out on bail after being charged in September with a single charge of uttering threats, robbery and breach when he was arrested in connection with an alleged robbery at an ATM in New Glasgow.
