A look at the dates, locations from yesterday's testimony

Yesterday's testimony in the Amber Kirwan murder trial noted several dates and places where events of note occurred. Here's a brief timeline to help clarify some of what was said in court.

Oct. 9: Kirwan reported missing

Oct. 11: Lisa Williams of Heathbell notices a vehicle at the end of an access road by her property

October 14: Williams and Nathan Goodall walk down access road and find clothing and earrings

October 14/15/16: RCMP and Ground search and rescue search property around their home.

October 28: New Glasgow Police officers drive to Heathbell and notice only one side of the road was searched. Spot a logging road and suspicious loose ground down an embankment.  They take photos and GPS coordinates and leave the area.

November 5: Police and medical examiner return to Heathbell Road logging road. Human remains are discovered.
