The highway doesn't need to be twinned, people need to learn to drive under weather conditions. How many years have roads not been twinned and people have been fine! Drivers need to SLOW DOWN and also be aware of driving conditions. So sorry for the loss of the family of the driver of the van.

How many more people have to die to have this highway twinned? It doesn't matter the reason for these accidents. If this stretch of highway was twinned, most of these accident would have not of been fatal.

The highway doesn't need twinning obviously, thousands of people make it up the road without an incident.
