Man accused of breaking church windows faces four charges

PICTOU – A New Glasgow man accused of breaking some windows at a local Salvation Army will return to court April 22 to enter a plea. 

Darrell Francis Pye, 57, was released on bail Monday in Pictou Provincial Court after being charged with damaging the New Glasgow Salvation Army Friday evening and theft from another building on Saturday.

All together, he is facing a total of four charges, including mischief, theft, possession of stolen property and breach of a court order.
