To the editor,
I must say that this past week was quite a week and I am not talking about the snow storm. First there was Premier Dexter saying that he knew nothing about the shortfall of $28 million in the 2012/13 budget. And then there was the launch of the new Blackberry by RIM or Blackberry as it is now called. And guess what, Dexter gave them $10 million of our tax dollars for jobs that were already there. When one of the Blackberry officials was asked he told the reporter that they did not ask for the money but in turn were asked by the NDP government back in the summer of 2012. Now I wonder if that was some of the jobs they were talking about for I see they still have their TV ads running that jobs start here. The NDP government does not have any trouble in handing out our tax dollars to big corporations. But when it come to looking after health concerns for diabetics by the way of insulin pumps that's a no-no.
Then we have Mike Duffy who's not sure where he lives and is trying to get a health card from the P.E.I. government. But then he has no problem in taking our tax dollars for living expenses. To say the least he is just a drain on the taxpayers for he is nothing more than a disgrace to the Canadian people. And then there is Pamela Wallin another one who is not sure where she lives. And last but not least there is Senator Brazeau, another disgrace to the Canadian people. I am not sure just how Stephen Harper picks these people. But one would say he had better start doing his homework. For the next time an election is called the voters will have a way of telling him who hold the reins and that goes for MLAs and MPs as well.
