To the editor,
In today’s fast paced, road-raged society, we still have incredible people here in Pictou County. On my way to work, at approximately 8:20 a.m. on June 23, I was going through the Tim Hortons drivethru at the Esso location in Blue Acres. As usual there was a long lineup. Just being fair, I let a woman in a newer dark-coloured car go in front of me (didn’t really pay too much attention to the car at the time). She waved to thank me and that was great. When I got to the drivethru window, I was told that the woman in front of me paid for my entire order! I was so shocked because I didnt think that I recognized her or the car. The Tim Hortons employee said she probably paid because I let her in the line!
I want to express my sincere thanks to that woman driving the dark-coloured, newer car! I was driving a red Honda Civic, so if you are reading this and remember my car, THANK YOU!
