Atom AA Crushers get a win and two ties

PICTOU COUNTY – On Saturday the atom AA Crushers faced off against the Truro Bearcats with the game ending in a 4–4 tie. Scoring for the Crushers were Ben MacGillvary with two goals, Braydon Killen and Nick MacInnis each with a single. McGillivray also has a couple of assists, while Killen, MacInnis and Cal Maxner each had one.

On Sunday the team travelled to the valley for a matchup with Acadia, the top ranked team in their division. The Crushers came away with a 2–2 tie. Scoring for the Crushers were Ryan Green and Ethan MacDonald, with an assist going to Landen MacDonald. Tyler Matchem played a strong game in net. In the afternoon, they beat West Hants by a score of 6-1. Scoring for the Crushers were Green and Thomas Devine with a pair each. Braydon Killen and Wesley Foster scored single goals.

Evan Shea had three assists, Devine had two and Brody Bowering, Lucas Fraser, Ethan MacDonald and Landen MacDonald each had one.
