Atom AA Crushers defeat Bulldogs

PICTOU COUNTY – The Pictou County atom AA Crushers defeated the Antigonish Bulldogs 3-0 on Saturday to secure at least a third place finish in the Northern Hockey League.

Tyler Matchem turned aside the Bulldogs with several saves for the shutout. Goal scorers were Wesley Foster, Thomas Devine and Ethan MacDonald. Assists went to MacDonald and Evan Shea.

The Crushers next game is this Saturday at the Pictou County Wellness Centre against the first place team Acadia.
