Crushers lose two players for Game 4

The Pictou County Weeks Jr. A Crushers are going to have to call in some midget support for Game 4 of their series against the Truro Bearcats.

The Crushers will be missing two players after the team ran into some penalty trouble in Friday’s game.

Mitchell Deruelle, will sit out the next two games after a checking from behind penalty called in the first period of Thursday’s game against the Bearcats.

Tyler Doyle will also sit the game out for interference from the bench after he punched a passing opponent in the same period.

The Crushers lost the game 6-3, but still lead the series 2-1.

Saturday’s game will be held at 7 p.m. at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.
