Thursday at home they fell 4-3 to the Truro Bearcats, who took over top spot in the MHL and are now ranked 20th in the CJHL.

Saturday on the road Pictou County came from behind to defeat the Amherst Ramblers 4-3.

The Crushers are now one point out of first place in the MHL, with Truro and Miramichi tied at 62 points.
