WOLFVILLE – In a dominating fashion, Marion MacAulay’s Bluenose rink won the Dominion curling club championship for the third-straight season on Sunday.
Skipped by MacAulay, her team includes Kerri Denny (third), Gilda Chisholm (second and Donalda Buckingham (lead).
Against Meredith Harrison in the final, the lone team that had defeated them in the double-knockout event, MacAulay stole one in the second end before Harrison was forced to one in three.
In the fourth the Bluenose rink scored three before stealing one in the fifth end and two in the sixth to win 7-1 in six ends. They will now represent the province in November at the national championship.
