U-12 Stingers win gold in P.E.I.

Subway Stingers

The Subway Stingers U-12 team won gold over the weekend at the annual West Royalty Summer Slam Tournament in P.E.I. The team went 5-0 to win the tournament. Players of the game throughout the tournament were Jenna Hickey, Emily Hayes, Christina Bailey, Jayden Palmer and Annika Semple. The team also picked up the Domino's Team Spirit Award.

Action continues for the U-12 team this weekend when the Stingers participate in the annual Brian Jarvis Memorial Tournament being held at the Dorrington Complex in Stellarton. The tournament includes teams from New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in U-12, U-14 and U-16 divisions beginning on Friday evening and continuing through to Sunday.
