N.S. teenager facing charges in crash last summer that killed one, injured four

KENTVILLE, N.S. - A Nova Scotia teenager is facing five charges in a car crash last summer that killed one man and sent four others to hospital.
Kings District RCMP have charged the teen with impaired driving causing death, three counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm and one of impaired driving.
The teen, who can't be named because of his age, will plead to plead to the charges in Kentville provincial court on Feb. 15.
Mark Merritt, 22, of Wolfville died in the head-on collision that happened on Aug. 22 in Lumsden.
