now is the best time for celebrating in the town of Trenton and take a drive down by power plant road and look at the silly protesters sitting at the side of the road embarassing only the town and not what they intend it to do,what's wrong with these people who only care about their own egos? i think the group has about 6 members who think they speak for the whole town, what an idiotic waste having the likes of these fools trying to make themselves only look good,

This may not be the most exciting news - but it is our local news and that is what I buy the local newspaper for!

I've noticed something about the majority of the people who comment on this paper's site... they complain non-stop it seems and it's about anything. Sure there are thousands starving in Africa, there is a pandemic which is probably man-made, the economy is down the toilet because of the greed of big business and banks, our politicians are taking us for a ride and fleecing us left and right, the RCMP have as much integrity as a two dollar hooker on a street corner, our pensions are worthless, the environment is toast, Big Brother wants to intercept our mail and email without a warrant, the poor get poorer and the rich get much, MUCH richer... I could go on forever but grow up, people. If you want to complain about Trenton Works, do it in an article about Trenton Works. Did you not get enough attention as a child to be so bitter and black hearted? If you have so much concern about things, then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Don't be an armchair coach, get off you butt and do something rather than whine.

only you people would turn a story about a pool into a trenton works thing. I'm glad the pool is open, hopefully this story helps brings the attendance up!

What the mustard? This is a joke right? Thousands starving in Sudan and all you can tell me is that the fracking pool is open?! Screw this.
