So, you are experiencing a lot of intestinal gas, your jeans barely fit you, your spouse or partner is sick and tired of hearing about your pain so you decide to do something about it.

You realize that you are an O blood type and that wheat and cow’s milk may be causing you discomfort and the occasional irritable bowel. You have made a serious decision to research food combining. You no longer mix fruit with meals containing protein as this could be your problem as well.

You decide you are going to invest in some digestive-enzyme tablets as you may “cheat” at times. Increasing vegetables in your diet is a great idea as well.

If you are experiencing digestive pain it’s always good to do an external castor oil pack. Place a small amount of castor oil over your abdomen followed by a hot, damp hand towel, then a dry towel and a heating pad (all layered) for 30 minutes.  This will calm your abdomen.

Maybe it’s time for you to do a cleanse but you are unsure of which cleanse to do.  Having a live blood cell analysis done by your ND will make the decision. Seeing an ND and determining which blood type you are and which organs are overloaded will also help in determining which cleanse you should do.
