Comedian Derek Seguin is taking his one-man standup comedy show Derek Seguin 43.0 on the road again for a national tour, arriving in Pictou on March 23.

A press release says the tour “Derek Seguin 43.0” it delves into the challenges of being a single dad in his 40s while living with a girlfriend who has no kids, in an ever-changing world. His form of comedy may make you think, re-evaluate, and have you howling with laughter.

Based in Montreal, Seguin is one of the most sought-after standup comedians on the international circuit. He has performed at every major festival across Canada including the prestigious Just for Laughs festival. Seguin has many television credits to his name from various festivals and has made numerous appearances on CBC Radio’s, “The Debaters” where he has performed close to 30 times plus two episodes of the show on CBC Television. In 2015, Seguin won Sirius XM’s Canada’s Top Comic competition, a contest that spanned the entire country with finalists from every major city.
