Small B.C. community in mourning after four found dead in rural home
ASHCROFT, B.C. — A remote community in British Columbia's Interior is in mourning after police found four people dead in a home.
Even though Hurricane Arthur is long gone, its impact is still being felt by Nova Scotia Power customers in Pictou County.
Approximately 160 people from Mt. Thom to Big Island are without power. For those on the Loch Broom Loop, the power has been out there for the last 48-hours.
As of 10:30 a.m., NS Power is reporting that 40,223 customers across the province are without power.
