Advocate leading mental illness support program in Pictou County
Sherry Blinkhorn would like to see a time when talking about mental illness becomes just like talking about the weather.
HOPEWELL – The 23rd Hopewell Park & Footbridge Ceilidh will take place Sunday starting with a parade at 12.45 p.m. through the village to the park for live entertainment from 2 to 6 p.m. with music by the band Homegrown, The MacPhersons and many more local musicians.
The East River Valley Community group with be serving a turkey and salad plate, barbecued hot dogs and hamburgers by the Eureka Fire Dept, homemade pies, tea, coffee, cold drinks by the Ceilidh Committee. Bring a lawn chair and sunscreen.
