Pride in community

Master’s Hand Ministry made a generous donation to the Town of New Glasgow to help replace one of the trees that had been vandalized in downtown New Glasgow earlier this summer.

Minister’s Hand Ministry contacted the town and conveyed that their church wanted to make the contribution to demonstrate its care, pride and support of the community. Pictured from left to right are Master’s Hand Ministry Pastor Caroline Barclay, Master’s Hands Ministry Board Member and Treasurer Peter MacLaren and New Glasgow Communities in Bloom Committee Chair Trudy Vince who accepted the donation on behalf of the Town and the New Glasgow Communities in Bloom program. Councillor Vince also thanked the Ministry for its civic pride, community leadership, gesture of good will and the kind donation which will help green the downtown core and defray the costs associated with the vandalism.
