Lacie Jillian Frazee, 26, is charged with three counts of damaging property by fire in relation to an alleged incident on Jan. 23 in Trenton.
She had a psychiatric assessment done to determine if she is fit to stand trial and if she was criminally responsible at the time of the alleged offence.
