Carolyn Amy Hood, 37, was charged with three breaches of a court undertaking in Pictou provincial court Friday. The charges were laid in connection with alleged incidents between January and April 2014.

Court records allege that she breached a court order by possessing a cellular device for communication, not reporting to RCMP when she changed her place of residence, employment or occupation and not attending for the purpose of identification for personal fact.

In addition to these breach charges, she is facing one count of sexual assault, one count of sexual interference, two counts of luring minors over the Internet for sexual purposes and two counts of sexual exploitation of a young person. She was arrested in March following an 11-week police investigation following a complaint received from Thorburn Consolidated School.

Hood has been released another court order and will appear in Pictou Provincial court July 28.
